주문 후 제작되는 쥬얼리의 특성상 교환 및 환불이 어려우니 신중하게 선택해주시기 바랍니다.
*Only one 제품의 경우 상품을 받으신 날로부터 2일 이내에 hog177007@gmail.com 를 통해 반품 접수 후 7일 이내에 지정된 반품처로 도착하여야 합니다.
단순 변심일 경우 왕복 배송비 8000원을 청구합니다.

환불이 불가한 경우
- 고객의 사유로 상품이 멸실 또는 훼손된 경우
- 고객의 사용 또는 소비에 의하여 상품의 가치가 하락한 경우
- 시간의 경과에 의하여 재판매가 곤란할 정도로 상품의 가치가 감소한 경우
- 사전 접수 없이 상품을 발송한 경우
- 배송 완료일로부터 7일을 초과한 경우
hog의 환불정책은 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 제13조 제2항에 따르고 있습니다.

Bespoke, fine pieces and sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or returned.

piece must be returned to us within 14 days of original purchase.
Returned pieces must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with original undamaged packaging.
